Dr Koo and staff are the very best

Everyone was compassionate and understanding, when I told them that I'm nervous.

Dr Koo was professional and courteous

Dr.Koo is a very good doctor. He explained the findings based on the diagnostic results and his own exam. He asked questions and also listened to my questions patiently. He was knowledgeable and showed concerns.

This doctor was easily one of the worst doctors that I've ever been to. Basically he couldn't wait to get out of his chair and move onto the next thing without me finishing certain sentences. I brought information for him which he promptly dismissed and said how it is not helpful and it seemed as though his goal was to get me out of the room as fast as possible.Being a provider myself, this is the complete opposite of how I would act with a patient or interact with a patient. It showed no empathy or remorse or care and honestly was one of the worst doctors I've ever been in contact or spoken with. 

Dr. Koo is the best. I trust his judgement and feel well cared for
