Will not use this Dr again

The only reason I gave a poor rating to the provider was because I am on immunosuppressive medications as a result of a heart transplant last year. The doctor was aware of this but to my surprise he did not wear a mask. I don't feel my safety was a priority. When I asked his assistant to wear one she willingly did so. Hopefully it's a learning experience. Otherwise the staff including the doctor were very cordial.
